We had a lot of luggage and taking it upstairs was difficult. However, once we finally settled into our room at Residence Inn, we were blown away. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. The shower in the bathroom was amazing, with strong water pressure and plenty of hot water. The breakfast spread in the morning was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff at Residence Inn were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist us with any questions or concerns we had. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in southern pines. The room was not only really pretty, but the bed was also very comfortable. I especially loved the cute king suite that I stayed in. I was very happy with the big size room, that was complete with three beds and the lower level where construction was ongoing, as for instance. All the staff were very very helpful and particularly helpful.
